Global OD Programme Choice — 15 August 2026 Edition

Choosing where to train in Organisation Development is rarely simple. Location, language, delivery mode, career stage and personal circumstances all weigh in alongside the quality of the learning itself. This directory was built to widen that field of view. No financial or currency detail is supported in this document though.

Covering 308 programmes across eight regions, the directory maps publicly available OD and OD-related offerings worldwide, including professional bodies, public academies, consulting institutes and continuing-education providers. Instead of ranking programmes, it uses interpretive lenses—including Core OD Allegiance, Intervention Design, practitioner formation, Use of Self and faculty continuity—to clarify what each programme prepares participants to do and how it compares with related or introductory offerings.

Every entry is built on provider-attributable, source-traceable evidence, with uncertainty disclosed rather than smoothed over: unverified or pending information is marked as such, not omitted. The directory favours liberal discovery and conservative classification, treats all regions, languages and provider forms equally, and is explicit about what it is not — not an accreditation body, not a licence to practise, and not a substitute for OD education itself.

Curated by Dr Joseph George Anjilvelil of Workplace Catalysts LLP, this edition also adds a full navigational guide, regional openers, a coding dictionary and detailed assurance gates to help prospective participants ask sharper questions before they commit.

Sounding Board before Human Support helps you sort what kind of support your situation may actually call for—self-reflection, career guidance, mentoring, coaching, therapy, formal advice, or something else. It offers calm, privacy-conscious reflection, identifies a clear support-fit point, and can help you prepare a concise first-session brief for any qualified professional. It does not diagnose, coach, or sell by default. Human support is suggested only when the situation seems to warrant it, preserving your agency.
